The song heard during the movie is "The Cry of the Wild Goose." Frankie Laine recorded this song and it reached #1 on the Billboard chart and stayed there for two weeks. The song was the third consecutive number-one hit by composer Terry Gilkyson, the previous two being "That Lucky Old Sun" and "Mule Train," both hits by Frankie Laine.
