Armando Conforti (Vittorio de Sica) and his family run a successful knick-knack business and currency dealer near piazza San Pietro in Rome. But things begin to change when her daughter Lucia (Susana Canales) meets his young brother's professor Roberto (Walter Chiari) and try to hide their way of living. Fun Italian comedy with great performances, that also include Dolores Palumbo as Margherita, Matilde Muñoz Sampedro as Assunta, Mario Berriatúa as Gino and Tony Angeli as Vittorio. The movie is filmed in Rome and has nice songs -some by Gianni Dorelli, who also sings the title song and a curious English version of Come prima -, a rock&roll dancing scene by its Italian championship and an amusing story with never dropping timing. Nice entertainment and fun to watch.
