In the 2003 Twilight Zone reboot there was one sequel to one of the episodes in the original series. It's a Good Life, the 1961 from the original series starring television child actor Billy Mumy as a demon child terrorizing a small town; spawned a 2003 sequel called It's Still a Good Life; following the further adventured of the demon child Anthony Freemont; all grown up now; played again by Billy Mumy. It's the only sequel episode in the entire Twilight Zone franchise. It's a Good Life was also remade in the 1983 Twilight Zone Movie; with television actor Jeremy Licht playing the demon child Anthony this time. Billy Mumy appeared in the movie version of this as well.

With the exception of end-of-season episodes, all episodes originally ended with a brief segment in which Rod Serling appeared on camera (even during the first season when he only narrated the episodes themselves) and told viewers about the next week's episode. These promos were deleted from the syndicated versions of the episodes but were later restored for DVD release, although many now exist only in audio form.
