Originally, when the film was first shot, two blue filters and a red were used to produce the color, resulting in a garish color palette and a lack of the color yellow on screen. The problems were digitally corrected before the D.V.D. set.

Reverend Paul Ford: Nobody owns a church, no one.
When Pollyanna (and her doll) fall from the high bedroom window, near the end of the film, they land on the pathway some distance from the house. They should have landed, at most, just a few feet from the building.
