A brief scene involving the 2 Detectives (Norman Fell & Nicholas Georgiade) was not present on the NEW 2013 CRITERION DVD / Blu-Ray release. It was, however, included in the MGM VHS / Laserdisc release of the RESTORED version. In the scene, Norman Fell's character (Detective) recommends that he stay w/ Grogan's (Jimmy Durante) body just to be sure the coyote's don't drag him away. In the meantime, Nicholas Georgiade's character (Detective) ascends to radio headquarters.
