Bugs is given a room for the night at the castle of Count Bloodcount in Transylvania.
The title is a pun on that of the 1940 hit song "PEnnsylvania Six-Five Thousand" by Glenn Miller, who quoted what is still today the phone number of his home venue at the time, the Hotel Pennsylvania in Manhattan.

Count Bloodcount: No, no, it's never too late. Come in.
Bugs Bunny: Yeah, well, you see, I just want to call me travel agency. They've routed me off me route.
