It deals with Susana, Concha Velasco, who is left on her wedding day, then her chief,
Tomas Blanco , assigns her to work on a small coast village and to carry out a peculiar job . There she meets the Mayor's wife , Florinda Chico, and the Town Hall secretary's spouse :Rafaela Aparicio and other angry women as Perla Cristal, Paloma Cela, Mary Francis, Mary Begoña . Susana finds out that the lonely women are resentful towards their hubbies. Later on, Susana gives some marriage lessons to the abandoned women .As husbands : Roberto Camardiel , Manuel Zarzo, Jose Sacristan .. use to fish far away for long time, around six months , nowadays , they go back but the fishermen find some unexpected surprises.
This is a silly and corny comedy with ridiculous situations, ordinary battle of the sexes and love stories . Stars Concha Velasco giving a likeable acting as the beautiful girl who delivers advices about living together to the villager women and she, finally , falls in love for a fisherman. She is well accompanied by a good support cast, such as Juanjo Menendez , Angel Aranda , Roberto Camardiel, Florinda Chico, Perla Cristal, Goyo Lebrero, Antonio Ozores , Erasmo Pascual , Jose Sacristan, Rogelio Madrid , Emilio Laguna , Mary Begoña, Mary Francis or Paca Gabaldon, Beni Deus, among others. And a cameo by weather TV presenter Mariano Medina.
It contains a glimmering and colorful cinematography by Vicente Minaya, shot in the South of Spain in Roquetas de Mar, Aguadulce, Almeria, Andalucia . Including an atmospheric musical score by Jose Torregrosa, adding some catching songs sung by Los Gemelos del Mar and by Concha Velasco herself . Being produced by Izaro Films, the motion picture was middlingly directed by Mariano Ozores.He is brother of Antonio Ozores and uncle of Adriana Ozores and Emma Ozores.
