A shrewd activist organizes, with the help of his accomplices, a clandestine gambling den with a made-up roulette that makes money to the palate. Among the three, a fight breaks out that undermines the illicit association. To the crisis of the gangster trio is added the hostility of the racket of gambling to which the activity of the gambling den always annoys.
