Although Barbarella strips naked from her spacesuit, when she drops onto the fur rug she has bra-line marks on her abdomen.
Barbarella's maths or her memory are decidedly off when Durand Durand's identity is revealed. She claims she was expecting him to be 25 years old. President Dianthus already has informed her that he was 26 when last photographed, and he has presumably been in Sogo a fair amount of time (five years are hinted at - the time since he gave Dildano the exaltation transference pills).
After Barbarella faints from being attacked by the "tooth dolls", several wounds on her legs and arms are visible. When she gets into the iceboat immediately after being rescued, the wounds have disappeared.
When Barbarella encounters a redheaded woman smoking "Essence of Man" from an enormous hookah and settles down on a pillow next to her, the redhead draws on the hookah again. She is holding the tube with both hands, her left hand on top. The next shot is a closeup on her, but she is suddenly holding the tube with her right hand only.
When Barbarella first has to go down for a crash landing, she puts her right arm up to her head. In the next shot her left arm is up to her head.
Pygar claims that the Great Tyrant put out his eyes, but they clearly are visible. However, being blind, Pygar may not know that he has eyes and may have been tricked to believe he has not. In the original comic, he wore a blindfold over them.
After making love to the angel, Barbarella gets a new outfit. It is not explained from where she got this. However, a woman getting a new outfit, from whatever source, is not unusual and does not constitute a Goof.
In the beginning, Barbarella is in zero gravity, yet her hair falls down toward the ground.
During the opening credits, Barbarella flies around in her spaceship. In a closeup, as she removes her gloves, her reflection appears in the Plexiglas she was lying on to give the illusion of floating.
Several times when Barbarella's ship takes off or flies away, visible wires hold it up or guide it.
During the opening sequence, as Barbarella's face is revealed, a camera is reflected in the front of her helmet.
When Barbarella exits her spaceship and almost gets hit by a falling piece of debris, a crew member's hand can be seen for a split-second pushing the rock off the top of the ship.
It is established that Barbarella needs a Tongue Box, a device attached to the bracelet she wears on her left wrist, to understand the spoken language of Sogo. Barbarella loses the bracelet after the Excessive Machine scene, but she still understands the Great Tyrant, Pygar, and the Sogoites speaking through the Tyrant's monitor.
Mark Hand calls the scientist Barbarella has been assigned to locate as "Durand Durand Jr." No one else calls him that, and Mark Hand had previously said he knew nothing of Durand Durand.
At the beginning, when Barbarella is about to remove her tunic, her spacesuit helmet is not attached at the neck, revealing her neck and the fact that the spacesuit is not air tight.
When Barbarella and Pygar are attacked by the leather guards in the labyrinth, Barbarella tells Pygar to shoot her gun. "To the right!", she calls out. Pygar swivels left and shoots, hitting the guard dead on. Since Pygar is blind, he had only her instructions to go on.
When Mark Hand suggests having sex to Barbarella, she expects him to have "pills" for it, even though he is not from Earth. Later she is shocked that Dildano has them because only Earth people know of them.
When the Earth President greets Barbarella, he raises his left hand palm outward. Barbarella responds with her right hand palm outward. However, when the President farewells her, he does so with his right hand palm outward, and Barbarella responds with her right hand palm outward as well.
