Gunther Phillip and Peter Weck, two actors from the segment "Gedränge unterm Himmelbett" (Crowd under the canopy bed), set at the White Horse Inn in Salzkammergut, Austria, known for the play and the operetta of the same name, were both starring in actual movie adaptations of the operetta. Gunther Phillip played Sigismund Sülzheimer in the 1960-movie The White Horse Inn (1960) and Peter Weck played Leopold Brandmeyer in the 1967-adaptation Im weissen Rößl (1967)

Sam Vogel: Well, adventures, action, pistoleros, cucaracas, sex, sex and again sex.
Earlier in the movie Jaeckele complains to his workers, that the people are only traveling via car. But when Brainbiter comes in, after hearing the amount of money he has, he suddenly recommends him a car journey, which he hated earlier.
In the opening credits the names of all actors are listed alphabetically, except for Roy Black's name, as this is his introduction role in a motion picture.
