During the deep sea fishing scenes the footage is always of a large blue marlin being caught, but the fish Peter's crew finally hauls on board is a small, gray sailfish.
When Peter gets the bucket of paint dumped on his head, the pattern of the paint changes from the long shot to the close-up. An example is on his nose, which is fully covered, to begin with, and then immediately appears as if it has been wiped down by a finger.
The sink can be seen to wiggle (obviously loose) moments before Peter pulls it up with the plunger.
When the gopher pulls down the first red flower, you can see the material used to create the opening in the dirt around the edges of the hole when he ducks down. The same material is visible when the gopher pops up to spray Peter a moment later.
Peter, acting as Dobbs, breaks into Dr. Carter's room by sliding the "Do Not Disturb" sign between the double doors to push the latch out of the striker. From the inside shot, you can see that the door handle on the right is moving up to release the latch as the handle itself is moving up. This is something that would not occur even if the latch mechanism was pushed back, as the mechanism is still locked. Sliding a card in to push back the latch merely moves the latch into the door, it does not unlock the mechanism. All of this occurs prior to the card even reaching the level of the latch.
In addition, the door begins to open and is pulled back shut prior to the point where the card has reached the level of the latch due to the latch having already been withdrawn when the outside doorknob was turned.

In the scenes that take place in Portugal, the locals speak spanish, although the language spoken in Portugal is portuguese.
