Eddie's arms and legs were blown off by a land mine. When he is unloaded from the ambulance at Dr. Stein's home, his legs and feet are clearly visible underneath the sheet covering him from the neck down.
Dr. Stein's brass goggles have no lenses in them.
The "Los Angeles Herald Examiner" newspaper being read by Dr. Stein before the police enter his office has its title obscured with black ink.
The ranks of the policemen are listed incorrectly in the film's credits. James Cousar is listed as Police Sgt. "Jackson", although he plays Police Lieutenant Jim Jackson in the film. Likewise, Don Brodie is simply listed as Police Lieutenant, although he plays Police Captain Tucker in it.
Lines are occasionally heard but not mouthed by the actors in the film. This is most obvious in the scene when the protagonists run up the stairs during the night to help Bruno.
