The 'A' Version was the traditional nude format, the 'B' Version had both male and females wearing underwear, while the 'C' Version (made for South Africa) had fully-clothed sex scenes. The same practice was used for Confessions of a Pop Performer, though the final two sequels - Confessions of a Driving Instructor and Confessions From a Holiday Camp - only required 'A' and 'B' Versions.
