Chris Hilton not only dubbed Bruce Li / Ho Chung Tao in this film for its English dub, but also dubbed Jackie Chan for the English dub for New Fist of Fury, both films being sequels to the Bruce Lee original (with "New" often considered the official sequel, and "Part II' considered the unofficial follow up).

Alternate Versions
The UK cinema release was cut by the BBFC to remove repeated punches and a shot of a man being impaled on stakes. The video release restored the cinema cuts though further cuts of 1 min 12 secs were made to remove shots of nunchakus, an ear clap and a shot of a live bird being eaten by a cheetah.
