The bear's feet change to black and brown in several scenes.
When Kelly, Scotty, and Don are in the jeep and see the hunters, the rear view mirror is not there. When they turn around to go back, the mirror is there.
In one shot of the watchtower's destruction, a rope can be seen flapping around, presumably the one used to pull down the tower.
When the body of Ranger Tom is shown after the tower collapse, there is a movement in his neck muscles.
When Kelly asks the helicopter pilot if he can get the chopper any lower the pilot responds "No. Too much of a down-draft today" and then lands the chopper a few seconds later when they think they have spotted the Bear.
Whether you listen to the tag line or the characters in the movie, the grizzly is supposedly anywhere from 15 to 18 feet tall. But at the end of the movie, when it is attacking the helicopter, it is clearly less than 10 feet tall on its hind legs

Scotty describes the killer bear as cannibalistic after it attacks the bear cub but the cub is a black bear, a species distinct from the grizzly bear they're tracking.
The rangers discuss that brown bear have been seen in the area but grizzlies are not know to be in the area. The fact is that grizzly bear and brown bear are the same species of animal.
Arthur Scott mangles the binomial name of the Grizzly bear the first time he says it. Instead of "Ursus arctus horribilis" he says "Arctotis ursus horribilis".
