The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors authorized the filmmakers to be able to film in their buildings in the county seat city Martinez in California, USA according to an article published in the 15th December 1976 issue of 'The Oakland Tribune' newspaper.
The name of the bordello was ''Friendship Farm''.
