For the nearly 20 minutes of screen time, from the time he enters the Bradbury building, throughout his confrontations with Pris and Roy Batty, and until Gaff arrives, Harrison Ford does not have a single word of dialogue (Final Cut).
Female announcer over intercom:

In the scene where Deckard calls Rachael on the video phone in the bar, the shot jumps the second she hangs up. You can tell specifically by the position of his head.
In the "happy ending" Theatrical/International cuts, the credits play over the gorgeous scenery. In later Director/Final cuts, they play over a normal black background.
The European theatrical release (also available on Criterion Laserdisc) is 117 minutes long and has more explicit/violent than the original American version, with a few additions/differences from the US release:
