All the main cast are good at their jobs . They play their roles with consumate ease. Here Rajesh khanna plays a double role as a wastrel and a doctor . In both the roles he excels . Both Rajesh Hema are slightly mature for these chirpy frilly roles but they nail it easily . Reena is good eye candy . Over all a fine family comedy . The original was with Kamal Hassan in Telugu and a major rib tickling comedy . Rajesh tries to emulate Kamal in many scenes . All the side cast like Om and Sudha Shivpuri , Shoma Anand , Prem Nath , Keshto Mukherjee ... are more than adequate . A slapstik comedy and a non stop laugh riot.

alokc26 April 2007If you want to see a clean movie and have a good laugh- see this movie of the Super Star Rajesh Khanna. Maybe the movie got delayed and was not publicized well or else it would have been a run away hit as it has comedy, romance, action. It has good songs by R D Burman and Kishore Kumar has sung them well. Rajesh Khanna puts is a great show in the double role and shows his flair for comedy. It is a must see. Omshivpuri, Johny Walker, Jagdeep, Hema Malini, Reena Roy are strong in their roles. The movie will be liked by all as it is a good clean family entertainer which has Rajesh Khanna the Superstar in it in all angles.
