A man removes a woman's top and exposes her breasts, and proceeds to have sex with her standing in an elevator, but both are clothed, and another man and woman make out, both of their underwear is briefly seen.

A security guard is decapitated by an elevator door. A blind man falls down an open elevator shaft. A man's bloody body falls through the top of an elevator. A man is strung up and hanged by elevator cables.

Mostly mild language in the subtitles of the original Dutch, but "fuck" is used once in text form.

The main character constantly smokes marijuana throughout the film.
