- We see a naked woman with a ribbon around her breasts sitting in front of a man, then he unwraps the ribbon. We see her bare back and part of her butt.
- There's a woman throughout the movie who is only wrapped in a thin and see-through fabric. Very shortly her nipple can be seen in one scene.
- A woman wears a see-through dress and her nipples are visible.
- Several innuendoes
- A man picks up then puts down a plastic breast at a plastic surgery center
- It is implied that a woman goes to bed with another man, but they're interrupted later.
- One very vague reference to necrophilia

- The Main Character's mother has plastic surgery to look younger. Her face is pulled back and it looks slightly creepy.
- A possible scene of offscreen torture. A man wearing a mask is shot in the head, and blood hits the camera lens. During a bombing scene in a restaurant there are some injured and bleeding people lying around crying for help. Most of the violence happens in the last 5-10 minutes of the movie.

- In a dream/hallucination/fantasy a man attends a funeral and accidentally trips on the casket where bloody remains pour out
- A man in a mask gets shot in the head. he then takes off the mask revealing a bloody gunshot wound.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The end can be very depressing for some.
- In a creepy scene near the end, the main character is bound in a torture chamber, and his torturer is revealed to be a friend of his. The friend wears a disturbing mask that resembles that of a smiling Oriental baby, and advances on the main character with a long, thin tool.
