When Norris almost loses his balance and falls, we can see a hook on his shirt.
In Morrison's smoking hallucination in "Quitters, Inc." when his friend smokes many cigarettes and has smoke coming out of his ears, the smoke is clearly not coming from his ears.
In the "Ledge" segment, when Cressner throws the horn to the ground, the horn is clearly an animation while falling.
When Norris shoots the gun at Cressner, the gun makes a very loud sound, even though it has a silencer.
Crew or equipment visible
Right at the end of the movie, when General pushes open the door and walks into the bedroom you can see the hand and arm of his handler holding up a board or something to guide him through the door.
In the 2nd segment, just as Norris is climbing back up the electric cable that has just become detached from the sign, in the bottom left corner of a wide shot, we can see a member of the crew.
Errors in geography
The last story takes place in Wilmington, North Carolina, but all the vehicle license plates are for Connecticut.
