Fact-based drama about a sociology graduate (Kathleen Quinlan) who starts working with teen prostitutes in Hollywood.

The film does not draw back on its depiction of the brutality that the teens face nor of the exploitation that occurs from the pimps and johns who use them.

Pat Benatar's song "Hell Is For Children" is used to set the film's theme.

It's so muted it's not even worth listen to.

This was a TV movie so don't expect anything remotely hot. Although the middle 70s was when TV --especially ABC started pushing the envelope.

It's a downright bad movie nonetheless and really not worth watching unless you are interested in a period piece of hair fashion and crap.
