The adorable lip quiver says it all as this cute little girl starts crying while watching a cartoon. Kids who grew up in the '80s will recognize the cartoon as the movie The Chipmunk Adventure, and this little girl gets understandably emotional over a scene about a lost baby penguin. Watch her sweet response above and then check out more must-see viral videos, including one that features another adorable little girl with an awesome accent.

[1] The endearingly geeky, impressively fast-talking Fine Brothers are at it again. The same guys who managed to sum up nearly five decades of Doctor Who [2] in six minutes and every single Best Picture winner through 2009 [3] in five minutes have now released "50 Animated Spoilers in 3 Minutes." (Spoiler alert: They actually make it in two minutes and thirty seconds. But I guess "50 Animated Spoilers in 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds" just doesn't have the same ring to it.) The Fines don't discriminate when it comes to ruining endings -- the video touches upon everything from enduring childhood classics like An American Tail and adult-oriented favorites like South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut to long-forgotten endeavors like Fluppy Dogs. Watch the video after the jump. If you're wondering why no Disney classics were included in "50 Animated Spoilers," it's because the Fine Brothers have already put out a whole other video containing "50 Disney Spoilers in 3 Minutes.

The Chipmunks cartoon was a focus of a question Tuesday night (Jan. 11) on "Million Dollar Money Drop." The three choices were Alvin, Simon and Theodore (natch) and the question was which Chipmunk wore glasses? The answer is obviously Simon.
We have always been Chipmunk fans. "The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late)" is a fun holiday ditty ("me I want a hulla-hoop!") and "The Chipmunk Adventure," where the Chipmunks race the Chipettes around the world while singing fun songs was a favorite of ours as a child.
During this particular "Million Dollar Money Drop," we made it to the final question with $1 million, but we lost it all on betting teenagers surf the internet more than they watch TV. Oops.
How did you do?...

In a year that brought us Coraline, Where the Wild Things Are, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Princess and the Frog, and Up, how can you justify the existence of Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel as anything less than a mind-numbingly generic brand-name cash grab? It's a shame too, because I honestly like the Chipmunks -- or maybe I liked the Chipmunks. It has been almost twenty-five years since I watched them on television (and in their first feature film, The Chipmunk Adventure). Were they always this boring?
Forcing the Chipmunks to attend an average high school after a taste of rock and roll superstardom could've made for a pretty decent fish-out-of-water comedy (munk-out-of-tree comedy?), but that potential is wasted in favor of an uninspired battle of the bands story, pitting our boys against an all-girl group of chipmunks called the Chipettes. The girls, who are also huge Alvin and the Chipmunks fans,...

Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel
Directed by: Betty Thomas
Cast: Zachary Levi, David Cross, Jason Lee
Running Time: 1 hr 30 mins
Rating: PG
Release Date: December 23, 2009
Plot: After Dave (Lee) breaks most of his bones in an Alvin-related accident, the Chipmunks stay with Toby Seville (Levi). While Dave’s away they take on new challenges like going to high school and facing off against new musical rivals/love interests, the Chipettes.
Who’S It For? Kids, specifically those old enough to sit through a movie but still young enough not to judge based on quality.
Expectations: Low. The first film wasn’t as bad as I expected, but my expectations were so colossally low that they almost had to be beaten. This one is a sequel, which tend to be worse than the film that precedes it.
Scorecard (0-10)
Actors:
Zachary Levi as Toby: I love Zachary Levi in Chuck.

“Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel” is the ambitious and entertaining big-screen follow-up to 2007’s “Alvin and the Chipmunks.” Not content to rest on their laurels, the ‘Munks are preparing yet another “first”: There have been many great movie sequels. There have even been prequels. Now, get ready for the world’s first Squeakquel, in which Alvin, Simon and Theodore finally meet their match – and maybe more – in the newly arrived female trio, The Chipettes.
Many of the original 2007 cast and filmmakers return for “The Squeakquel,” including producers (as well as the voices of The Chipmunks and The Chipettes for the past 30 years) Ross Bagdasarian and Janice Karman, executive producers Karen Rosenfelt, Arnon Michele Imperato Stabile and Steve Waterman, actors Jason Lee and David Cross, and ‘Munk voice talents Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler and Jesse McCartney. New to “The Squeakquel” is director Betty Thomas, who is one of...

Plot: The chipmunks get the CGI/live-action treatment, in this update. Songwriter Dave Seville (Jason Lee) is down on his luck, until he takes in three singing chipmunks. Led by Alvin, they get into constant trouble as they become pop sensations. Who’s it for: Adults will hopefully get to steer clear. Only briefly does the film tap into the history of this franchise. Expectations: I was a little nervous, but then again I have seen every episode of the ’80s animated TV show, and the film “The Chipmunk Adventure” was my first solo experience in the movie theater. Scorecard Actors: Jason Lee as Dave Seville: Lee has been able to play the likeable, simple Earl on the sitcom “My Name is Earl” to perfection. Yet, all that talent is...

Alvin and the Chipmunks might be singing their famous tunes on the big screen very soon. Fox 2000, 20th Century Fox Animation and Bagdasarian Prods. have teamed to develop a live-action/CGI feature film based on the popular characters, which have appeared on the radio, the small screen and numerous albums. The Fox divisions acquired the feature film rights from the estate of Ross Bagdasarian Sr., who created Alvin and the Chipmunks in 1958. His son, Ross Bagdasarian Jr., and Janice Karman will produce. A writer and director are being sought to bring the property to life onscreen. Similar to what the studio recently did with the summer release Garfield: The Movie, the role of Dave Seville, the Chipmunks' adoptive father and musical coach, will be live-action, with the Chipmunks -- Alvin, Simon and Theodore -- to be computer-animated.
