When Debbie is attacked by the clowns from the medicine cabinet, you can see the holes where the puppets are being controlled from.
Also in the Cable version is a scene where Dave, Debbie, and Mike walk on a tight rope and end up in a room with lots of doors, only to get ambushed by Klowns. This scene and the scene where Debbie tells Mike about her fear of clowns are in the DVD version as well.
