Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa makes a cameo at the beginning of the movie as Julius's martial arts instructor. In the end credits, he is credited as "Oriental Man".

In the opening scene the doors to the laboratory are clearly marked 'top secret' and sealed the day the twins were born, but when the twins returned to the laboratory the doors were marked 'restricted entry'.
The Title "Twins" appears with two "i" (one of them is smaller than the other one) referring to the appearance of the two main characters.
