The car keeps changing from washed to unwashed throughout the movie AFTER the car wash scene. The washed car has a dent in the rear quarter panel, while the unwashed car has no dents.
When Jerry Lee is being aggressive with the two cops, whilst he is barking at them, you can see he's restrained with a lead around his neck. A moment later, he scamps away into the cop car.
The blade of the forklift that Dooley steps gently off is seen in the next scene to be above head height.

In the last scene when Dooley is driving to Las Vegas you can see the reflection of the crew and camera in his sunglasses.
When Jerry Lee attacks men in the bar and bites one of them by the hand it is obvious that the man has padded sleeve so that dog bite would not hurt him.
When Jerry Lee pulls the mirror off Dooley's car, Dooley berates him for damaging his "classic, '65 Mustang". Dooley's car is, in fact, a not so classic, '66 Mustang.
In the hotel restaurant we hear Jerry Lee 'drinking' the tea through a straw but the level in the glass does not change even after the cut.
When Dooley is in the Sqad room with the Officer Assignment Chalk Board behind him the Board shows an officer assigned to the "Homocide" Unit instead of the "Homicide" Unit.
After Jerry comes out of the car wash, Dooley opens the door and water spills out but when Dooley gets into the car and leans back against the car seat, his jacket does not show any wetness when he leans forward again as he is pulling out of the car wash.
After Dooley steals the squad car he is seen in it waiting outside Lyman's place. While he waits he plays his hand held Nintendo which clearly has no batteries in it.
