A group of friends living in Beverly Hills, California make their way through life from their school days into adulthood.
Teen dream power couple Brenda Walsh and Dylan McKay made it extremely official when they did what so many real-life teen couples do: had sex after their prom. It didn't result in disease, pregnancy, guilt, or weirdness... and local Fox affiliates had a real problem with that. So many stations complained to Fox HQ, that the show's creator was forced to write an episode in the next season that showed the teenage characters having regrets about the sexual encounter. On-screen, Brenda dumps Dylan because the sex had made their relationship "too mature."
I loved you more than I ever thought I could love anybody. Maybe that was the problem.
In the first season, when Donna tries out for school DJ, she is referred to as Donna Morgan. Throughout the entire show, her name is Donna Martin.
During the original run and earlier syndication airings, the show featured a lot of music from up to the time the episode takes place. However, due to issues with rights regarding the songs, all DVD and Hulu versions change the majority of the original soundtrack with generic replacements. There are also episodes with scenes edited out that would mention certain songs or music artists. It is not known if there will ever be a future release that retains the original music with unedited episodes.
