The continuing misadventures of neurotic New York City stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his equally neurotic New York City friends.
Disc one of the box set contains a couple of errors in the Notes About Seinfeld feature. In episode 1.1 Seinfeld: The Stakeout (1990), it is noted that John Mellencamp dropped the "Cougar" from his name in the mid-1980s. This is false - he drop it until 1981 to coincide with the release of his album "Whenever We Wanted." For episode 1.3 Seinfeld: Male Unbonding (1990), Andy Kaufman's surname is twice misspelled with two "f"s instead of one.
Jerry, I know myself. And if I'm on the streets, and it starts to go down, I don't back off, until its finished.
Jerry's apartment number changes in the beginning of the series a few times before becoming 5A permanently.
In the season 2 episode "The Apartment", Michael Richards is credited twice in the opening credits.
'Larry David' was the original voice of Newman in "The Revenge", but 'Wayne Knight' overdubbed the voice for syndication. Both versions are available in the Season 2 DVD set.
