    Storyline

    Edit
An intense, hyperactive chihuahua (Is there any other kind?) and a happy-go-lucky, empty-brained cat share bizarre and often repulsive adventures. Their experiences usually involve hairballs, filthy litterboxes, "magic nose goblins", sentient farts, jars of spit, outhouses, eating dirt, monkey vermin and any other imaginable disgusting substance. —Michael "Rabbit" Hutchison <rabhutch@spacestar.net>

    • Trivia
Some of the music used in its episodes would later be used in SpongeBob SquarePants (1999).
    • Goofs
Stimpy's Sammy Mantis disguise kit includes a "screw-on thorax" but it's clearly an abdomen.
    • Quotes

Ren: You! You and your fan mail, Mr. Fan Club. Everyone love you, don't they? Well, guess what the mailman brought for you today? *Nothing!* This letter's for me! You, they have forgotten! Now it is me they love. It is I who am most loved! It is I who shall rule! You see? This is the proof that you are finished!

      [Opens letter]

Ren: Listen! Listen to what it says. "Dear Ren: - That's me, that's me! - You are my favorite TV star." Are you getting this?

[Rubs the letter on Stimpy's face]

Ren: It's me they love! I am *king*! "When I grow up, I want to be just like you." How about that?

[Elbows Stimpy in the stomach; Stimpy doubles over with pain]

Ren: A man with some ambition! "You are my favorite person in the whole world. Love - He says love - Your friend... Stimpy"?

Oh my belov-ed ice cream bar! How I love to lick your creamy center!
Very sick, Very ahead of its time! The background is very camp, and reminds you of the old fifties cartoons. The same style of sets and I like when they use people but never show there faces. however this similarity stops there.

Most of the stories are clever and funny with a bit of sick humor and or gross context thrown in. The gags are mostly funny because there taken to their extreme. Like the old WB Coyote falling from the highest cliff over and over and over. Or they play out what we all would like to be doing in real life. They can even poke fun at themselves and do so often. I love them and recommend them to anyone with a good sense of humor, but they are not what I would show my kids.
