PG-13 | | Action, Crime, Fantasy
When a corrupt businessman and the grotesque Penguin plot to take control of Gotham City, only Batman can stop them, while the Catwoman has her own agenda.
This was the first of the live-action Batman films to use computer generated visual effects: the shield on the Batmobile, as opposed to the previous film, and the remote controlled Batarang.
Happy Man: Merry Christmas!
The same switch is used in the Batmobile to turn on the rocket booster in the beginning and activate the Batmissile during the later chase. The Batmissile switch finally works, but it is in the off position.
The opening credits are of the Cobblepot baby's pram floating through the Gotham sewers.
