A fictionalized account of what may have happened when John Lennon and Brian Epstein went on holiday together to Spain in 1963.
Much of the film's background information, such as the story of Brian being beaten, robbed and blackmailed after soliciting a man at a men's toilet, is taken directly from the 1983 book "The Love You Make" by Peter Brown and Steven Gaines.
Sometimes I want a woman to push me like the wind. Sometimes I want a woman to eat my shit.
In the film, set in April 1963, John and Brian go to see the Ingmar Bergman film "The Silence" (The Silence (1963)), which was first released in Sweden in September 1963.
