Private Luc Deveraux and his sadistic sergeant, Andrew Scott, got killed in Vietnam. The army uses their bodies for a secret project - reanimating dead soldiers as deadly obedient cyborgs. However, their memories come back too.
Upon its release, many audiences and critics, found the film's plot to be undeniably similar to that of 'RoboCop' (1987).
Colonel Perry. We killed an innocent man.
Colonel Perry: What do you suggest we do, Woodward? Let that reporter run off with one of our UniSols?
Woodward: We can't just cover this up. We have a moral obligation to tell the truth about this.

(at around 1h 20 mins) In the canyon scene the weather is partly cloudy, however when the mobile command center falls off the cliff, the sky is clear blue. In the next shot, the sky is clear and taken near sunset, not in the afternoon.
The Norwegian VHS omits the part where Sgt Andrew Scott is cut to little pieces and spit into the air. The part where Luc Deveraux answers "Around", when the girl asks him where Scott is, is not cut though; and thus makes no sense.
