I saw the movie twice on TV, and I rented it the other night, and loved it. I don't understand the negative remarks about this movie, but If your child is like Clifford, They will learn that if you destroy anyone that stands in the way of your dreams, you will be alone, and lose all of your dreams. You see, Clifford, (Martin Short) is a spoiled brat. his parents brought him along on a business trip to Hawaii, but He wanted to go to Los Angeles and to Dinosaur World. So bad, that he requests the Pilot to land in Los Angeles, which the plane is supposed to go to Hawaii, so the pilot says no. and Clifford tries to mess up the plane, and make it land in Los Angeles. he gets kicked off the flight so, at the spur of a moment, Dad, calls His brother Martin (Charles Grodin) to come pick him up at the airport. while his parents go to Hawaii. Uncle Martin, promises Clifford to take him to dinosaur world the next day, but Uncle Martin has to work instead, because his boss Mr. Ellis (Dabney Coleman) does not like his idea for a transit system. After Uncle Martin breaks the promise, Clifford pulls a series of pranks on him. worst of all, Clifford blows up Uncle Martin's model. If you liked Problem Child, or Dutch you should see this movie. because all three are the brat movies.
