Deceived that he had won the Prize, Connor MacLeod awakens from a peaceful life when an entombed immortal magician comes seeking the Highlander.
Michael Jayston is famous for playing The Valeyard, court prosecutor and a darker future incarnation of The Doctor in the 1986 season of Doctor Who (1963). This film was released 8 years after "Highlander", which was released in 1986.
Where is Kane?
Warrior #1: Don't worry about him. Worry about me.
Connor clearly says that he won the Prize, as he did in the end of the first movie. However, he never behaves like someone more powerful than an average Immortal, so either he only thought he won it, or the Prize wasn't worth all the trouble.
UK video version is cut by 57 secs to maintain a "15" certificate when Kane is forcing himself onto the hooker and the sex scene between Connor and Alex is shortened.
