There's nothing like a perfect pair!
Each year, the Grammy Awards puts together some of the most memorable moments in music with unforgettable collaborations.
Music's biggest night is the ideal place for artists both old and new to come together and make history live on stage.
Check out 10 of the most epic Grammy duets below.
1. Lady Gaga and Elton John

If there was an award for the most theatrical GRAMMYs debut, Lady Gaga would be a definite contender. In 2010, Mother Monster took viewers through the "Fame Factory" and emerged from the ashes seated at a double-sided piano with Elton John. The two served up an unforgettable duet of Gaga’s “Speechless” and John’s “Your Song.”
2. Prince and Beyonce

Years before Queen Bey claimed the throne, she bowed down to the one and only Prince. In 2004, Beyonce shared the stage with the Purple One for a fierce medley of “Purple Rain” and “Crazy in Love.”

[Editor’s Note: The following contains spoilers from “The Good Doctor” episode, “22 Steps.”]
“The Good Doctor” is a way for viewers who have never met a person with autism to get to know more about the differences in neurology and behaviors that may accompany the disorder. For the show’s central character Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore), a surgical resident with autism and savant syndrome, he hasn’t met anyone with autism either, at least not until Monday’s episode.
When a young man named Liam (Coby Bird) is wheeled in on a gurney, Shaun immediately understands why the boy is struggling with the nurses. Far from needing to be restrained, it turns out he has autism and doesn’t like to be touched. Shaun proves to be instrumental in understanding Liam’s needs and relaying them to the hospital staff. IndieWire spoke with series creator David Shore to get his take on the insightful episode.

Pamela Adlon, “Better Things”
Compared to Adlon’s “Louie” character, the actress’ new role as single mom Sam is just as blunt and borderline provocative but far less intimidating. In fact, she’s kind of adorable in a painfully put-upon but unapologetic way. The semi-autobiographical story has us cringing alongside every embarrassing audition, parental freakout and unfair setback, and yet, Sam’s integrity and backhanded optimism is apparent in that she doesn’t give up, but instead copes (with vodka, but copes nonetheless). Sam is the promise of “Louie’s” Pamela fully realized.

Bell came of age playing a girl sleuth on “Veronica Mars” and then pulled a 180 by embracing a truly adult role as the ruthless but complex Jeannie on Showtime’s “House of Lies.

Now that Lady Gaga is coming to American Horror Story, it's safe to say her comeback (should we call it a comeback?) is fully underway.
Seeing Lady Gaga kill it at the Oscars singing Julie Andrews' classic standards (after months of hard work and preparation), coupled with the fact that she's doing more acting, has us dreaming of Broadway being the next step in Mother Monster's career. So we started thinking of musicals she'd be great for.
Theeen we got a little carried away....

Goes without saying, we all saw her show-stopping performance!
2. Guys and Dolls
Perfect Part: Adelaide
Gaga would be particularly comfortable with this role, because she actually already played Adelaide in high school!

You wouldn't know it from the film's lack of marketing, but a new movie called Black or White debuted in theaters today. Despite the presence of stars Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer, I've never seen a trailer or TV spot for the movie, which BoxOfficeMojo says is in over 1,000 theaters right now. (Apparently the film played at last year's Toronto International Film Festival and didn't receive very favorable reviews.) I don't ever plan on watching this film, but that doesn't mean that I can't come up with a tangentially-related article about it. Black or White got me thinking: what other movies share a title with a Michael Jackson song?
As far as ground rules go, there's really only one major one: the title of the movie and the song have to match exactly - if a word is possessive, I'm not making an exception. Exact matches or Gtfo. I'll embed...

Donning the cape and tights to play a big screen superhero was often seen as career suicide for actors. This idea is mined to brilliant effect in Alejandro González Iñárritu's Birdman, with a former comic book star looking to relaunch his career with an ambitious Broadway play.
Adding extra spice to Birdman is the casting of Michael Keaton, himself a former Batman whose post-tights career has been somewhat hit and miss. This film, however, is a stunning reminder of just how good an actor Keaton is and proof that careers don't end when on-screen superpowers fade away.
Digital Spy takes a look at 20 ex-superhero stars to see how they fared after leaving an iconic comic book role behind.

Lady Gaga turns 27 today. Ugh, Madonna invented that in 1985.
Just kidding. Since I had such a good time toasting Mariah Carey's extensive canon yesterday, I thought we'd take a chance on another birthday girl today. Bow down to Stefani Germanotta, a.k.a. Lady Gaga, who will no doubt kick off another spectacular year of Lgbt activism and phenomenal pop culture sorcery beginning today. I hope she's wearing only the sleekest wig, blazer, and leotard set as I write this.
Shall we rank the superstar's 27 greatest songs, kids? I apologize for what I've left off, but I'll leave "marrying the night" to you Scotus-approaching domestic types.
27. "Boys, Boys, Boys"
Boys in cars, boys in bars! The Dr. Seuss version of boy-craziness.
26. "Christmas Tree"
Aggressive, Christmas-themed innuendo. She's the Star On Top, everyone.
25. "Speechless"
Elton John by way of Billy Joel by way of drunken teenage poetry.
24. "Hair"
Pure madness...

Frank Ocean, of the hip-hop collective Odd Future, came out and said that his first love was a man, in a moving post to his Tumblr. Global Grind is saying that he's come out as bisexual. Rumors started spreading after a radio station noticed lyrics in his debut solo album used male pronouns, and Ocean verified it in a post of the CD liner, which is where he intended to come out. Adding a young, emerging hip-hop star to the constellation of out celebrities is a great thing, and we salute his bravery.

Lykke Li first materialized on the U.S. indie scene at the age of 21 -- a young Swedish girl with a crystalline, otherworldly voice -- armed with an understanding of how synth sounds could dally with tender love songs, a fine line she's careful not to overstep. After a brief bit of exposure with 2007's "Little Bit," Li officially "arrived" the next year with her debut album Youth Novels, and a career-making single, "I'm Good, I'm Gone."
Three years later, she's penned a song for the "Twilight: New Moon" soundtrack, collaborated with fellow Nordics Royksopp and released her sophomore album, Wounded Rhymes, to critical acclaim, for which she's currently on tour.
Listening to Li's HuffPost Playlist, it's clear where her own music gets its heart from -- those who cornered the market on nostalgic love songs, and are unafraid to be a little sappy. Below, you'll find Li's selection of...

Director Ron Underwood (City Slickers) is developing a new ski team comedy called Woodchucks. The film is based on a screenplay written by Len Britton (Precious Find) a former pro ski coach and Rick Parks. J. Todd Harris (Bottle Shock) of Branded Pictures Entertainment will produce along with Bradford Broyles and Britton. Branded's Marc Marcum will serve as a co-producer.
Woodchucks is a dramatic comedy that follows "a Vermont ski team as it tries to prevent a corporate resort developer from wrecking their local mountain. Principal photography is scheduled to begin at the top of next ski season on location in Vermont."
Underwood also directed Tremors, Heart and Souls, Speechless and Mighty Joe Young. He also was responsible for the craptastic The Adventures of Pluto Nash starring Eddie Murphy. Recently, he's been directing TV on series such as Heroes, Reaper and Ugly Betty.
Underwood, had this to say about the project.

City Slickers director Ron Underwood is set to direct a new ski comedy called Woodchucks.
The script was written by Len Britton (Precious Find) and Rick Parks (Ever After).
Len Britton is a former professional ski coach. He was, even more, 2009 running for U.S. Senate as a Republican and told that understood problems Vermonters face. Britton is the father of five children and I believe he is the right person to pen such a scenario. Despite his only sci-fi movie wasn’t well-liked.
On the other side, Parks’ co-written Cinderella is far a better movie so no needs to doubt him. Rick Park is a Vermonter too and is partnered with Britton in the Vermont-based media company Britton-Broyles Media.

MTV News takes a guess at what Lady Gaga will do Sunday during her 'Born This Way' performance.

On Sunday, days after debuting "Born This Way," a splashy dance track about accepting who you are, Lady Gaga is set to take the stage and perform the song for the first time at the Grammys (if you don't count the time she sang part of the chorus at the VMAs back in September).
Gaga's live performances are typically gory, over-the-top spectacles. She died a bloody death onstage during the 2009 VMAs, she played with fire that same year at the American Music Awards and paid tribute to her late pal, Alexander McQueen, at the Brit Awards in 2010.
Last year at the Grammy Awards, the singer didn't miss a beat. She appeared, donning a sparkly getup by Armani...

Could Lady Gaga be performing at the Grammy Awards? Well, if Laurieann Gibson's tweets are to be believed, the answer could be yes. Gaga's choreographer may have spilled the beans about a possible performance via her Twitter account on Tuesday.
"Grammy meeting performance [extraordinaire]!!! On its way... TeamBoomkack," she wrote. She followed up the tweet with a "yes" when a fan inquired if that was a hint that the Born This Way singer would be taking the stage at the big show on February 13. She also retweeted a fan's comment expressing excitement about what Gaga and Gibson have in store for the performance.

Unlike Britney Spears who is not yet confirmed for the Grammys, Lady GaGa is definitely going to Staples Center in Los Angeles on February 13 to perform at the awards show. The news was first brought to attention by GaGa's choreographer Laurieann Gibson.
The dancer sparked speculation about the possible performance when she wrote on Twitter, "Grammy meeting performance extrodinaire..!!!" A few hours later, one of her followers quizzed her if GaGa will perform at the show, and to this question she simply answered "yes." She might be performing her new song at the upcoming prize-giving event.
This will be GaGa's second performance at the Grammys. Last year at the show's 52nd annual celebration, she made show-stopping performance when collaborating with Elton John for a theatrical stage act. They delivered her song "Speechless" and his track "Your Song".

Lady Gaga announced via Twiitter that her new single "Born This Way" will drop on Feb. 13 while the album of the same name is due out on May 23. That Sunday in February just happens to be the date of the Grammy Awards where Lady Gaga is contending in six races, including the coveted Album of the Year prize for "The Fame Monster." Last year, Lady Gaga won just two of her six bids -- best electronic/dance album ("The Fame") and best dance recording ("Poker Face") -- and lost in the general field for album, record and song of the year. She was denied a chance to contend for best new artist because she had received a nomination in 2009 for best dance recording ("Just Dance"). Lady Gaga opened last year's Grammys with an electrifying six-minute set that saw her sing "Poker Face" before duetting with Elton John on her hit...

Before her hometown headlining debut at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night (July 6), Lady Gaga tweeted a photo of herself standing in front of the New York arena's marquee. The photo had no commentary except for the tag "#madisonsquaregaga," and indeed, it seemed like she was on the verge of taking over the arena in the hours before she took the stage.
Some fans were dressed as characters from her videos — the Diet Coke curlers from the "Telephone" clip were particularly popular — while others took her glammed-up aesthetic to the hilt, with glitter, elaborate eye makeup and giant hair bows ruling the night. The fashion statements were all the more impressive given the weather in New York, where temperatures...

Montreal -- "I'm going to give you the best show of your life tonight. You're not going to be able to walk in the morning."
That's what Lady Gaga said Monday night (June 28), right around what could've conservatively been called "the midway point" of her marathon set, and she wasn't kidding. Because by the time she finally wrapped the two-plus hour show at the Bell Centre -- a show that was also the kickoff of the North American leg of her revamped (and seemingly unending) Monster Ball Tour -- there wasn't a calf muscle left unquivered. If it wasn't the best show her "little monsters" had ever seen, it certainly was the longest.

It's no secret that we hold Neil Patrick Harris in the highest esteem here. He's both an inspiration and pretty much the template for how to live openly in Hollywood and still have the kind of career most actors would kill for.
It basically comes down to class, talent, and having a sense of humor - about the business, the baggage that goes along with it, and especially about yourself. Nph is remarkably self-aware, which is extraordinary considering he's spent most of his life surrounded by a facade.
Today he's celebrating his 37th birthday, and we'd like to celebrate by mentioning a few things that have endeared him to us. 37 things (in no particular order) ... plus one to grow on.
1. Unlike a lot of child stars, Nph fully embraces his early claim to fame ... sometimes brilliantly.
2. No words needed...

Sting and Trudie Styler hosted the 16th annual Rainforest Foundation benefit concert to celebrate the organization’s 21st anniversary at Carnegie Hall on Thursday night. This year’s performers included Elton John, Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen, Debbie Harry, Mary J. Blige and Shirley Bassey.
The event – which has been the Foundation’s main fundraiser since 1989 – was dubbed as an evening of 1980s hits and stars (“Sting told me we’re doing a show of ’80s nostalgia,” said Springsteen. “I said, ’That’s easy! We’re both ‘80s nostalgia!’”). And the concert didn’t let fans down, with Sir Elton covering Madonna’s Material Girl and The Boss singing a version of Bryan Adam’s Cuts Like A Knife. Sting duetted with Lady Gaga on Stand By Me, while Gaga joined Sir Elton for Speechless/Your Song. Sting also joined Mary J. Blige for their 2003 duet Whenever I say Your Name.

The 2010 Los Angeles Film Festival is set to run June 17-27 in a brand new location. Oh, it’s still in L.A, but it’s moving across town, from Westwood — where it’s been held the past few years — all the way over to Downtown.
The main “hub” for the fest will be the new L.A. Live complex, but there will also be screenings at other locations, such as the Downtown Independent and Redcat theaters. The city is really trying to build downtown up into a major arts and culture hub, so the festival moving there fits in with that agenda. Film Independent, the organization that runs Laff, also runs the annual Independent Spirit Awards, an event that also moved downtown — from Santa Monica — this year.

This year's Grammys featured an abundance of amazing performances from formidable women, and I can't wait to watch it again with my son. But wait! How do I explain the lack of ... pants?
Momlogic's Vivian: The Grammy Awards reclaimed their place on my interest list this year, mostly due to an array of formidable performances by richly talented women.
Lady Gaga flexed her vocal chops with Sir Elton John, which was utterly amazing because you got to see firsthand just how skilled a performer she is, and how much of an influence he's had on her music. Their poetic medley combining "Speechless" and "Your Song" was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the evening.
Then Beyonce Werqued her Sasha-Fierceness all over that ginormous stage, yanking at her figurative junk while belting out her impassioned bad-boy lament, "If I Were a Boy," which segued into a PG version of Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know.

After being thrown into a "Rejected" tube, she re-appeared with Elton John on the piano. They sang her ballad "Speechless" with a little bit of his "Your Song".
Later on, Beyonce came up on stage to deliver her performance. Introduced by Simon Baker, she sang her hit single "If I Were a Boy" with the company of dancers dressing in what appears to be a squadron of riot police.

Lady GaGa is the opening act of 52nd Annual Grammy Awards and her performance is one which is hard to top. Presenting it in a Fame Factory, the stage is given to her dancers and an announcer first before she makes a grand entrance in a green leotard and performs "Poker Face".
The performance is followed by a theatrical act which shows her being shoved down to the "Rejected" chute. She re-appears with Elton John on the piano, singing her "Speechless" and his "Your Song". To match the theme, both of the singers appear with ash and soot on their faces.
Before the performance is closed down, GaGa slips in "Thank you, love you, Sir Elton John. So speechless" into the song's phrases.
There will be more appearances by Taylor Swift, Black Eyed Peas, Lady Antebellum, Beyonce Knowles and Maxwell as the night unfolds.
