Simple story of a survivor of the Vukovar Siege
I saw this in Croatia in 94. And essentially follows a Vukovar survivor (a one legged vet) as he tries to adjust to life after the siege. There is contrast to before and after of the city, has actual siege footage, and highlights the displacement issue, and post war stress.
