Embolisms occurs when an object (usually a clot) migrates from one part of the body (through circulation) and causes a blockage (occlusion) of a blood vessel in another part of the body. There is no popping involved. Brandi is apparently confusing an embolism with an aneurysm (a localized, blood-filled dilation (balloon-like bulge) of a blood vessel caused by disease or weakening of the vessel wall).

All references to "stink palming" are removed, and the disgusting nature of the pretzels is explained by the replacement of "They're a bit melty, but man are they tempting!" with "They're a bit moldy, but man are they tempting!"
