When Andy speaks for Dr. Porkchop, he uses a British accent. However, in Andy's fantasy sequence in Toy Story 3, John Ratzenberger maintains his American accent while voicing Dr. Porkchop.

When Woody pulls Buzz out from under his ship and rebukes him, his eyes actually point over Buzz's head instead of at his face. In the next shot where Woody asks if he wants to do things the hard way, they are actually looking straight past each other.
In the DVD version, when the THX logo appears it gets burned out like a flashlight then a robot comes out of the logo, fixes it, and the THX sound resumes and the robot goes back inside it.
