At least Lujack was in it

We've all seen this a hundred times before. Though I find movies like this appealing. And I thought Cassidy Rae did a pretty good job as the 18-year-old cheerleader who finds herself dating a 33-year-old professional man who runs into her with his car. Though the primary appeal for me was seeing Lujack from 'The Guiding Light' all these years later in another role--one where he wasn't the bad boy (or maybe he was). I was addicted to that show during the years of Phillip, Mindy, Beth and Lujack.

But how could this girl possibly think she had a future with this man? One of three things is likely to happen: he's married and keeping his affair secret; he's abusive and has a history with young girls; or a jilted former lover will start stalking his latest girlfriend. Or maybe a combination of these. I won't say which, or whether they came up with a fresh approach in making this movie, but I did enjoy it. One thing I can say: chilling music and a weird camera angle frequently made it look like someone was watching.

Nothing groundbreaking, but not too bad either.

Good movie, not perfect, but will keep you interested till the end

The movie does a good job of keeping you interested till the end. The thrill factor is the best aspect of the movie. The story can benefit from more work. It has many holes and you can only completely make sense of it by saying it is a movie after all. For example, the villain seems to have the gift to be able to be every where just at the right time. The characters seemed too rushed on the romance part. There are many clichés too. Still, I find it very easy to watch and entertaining. The actors do a very good job and the filming is good too. Although it is not an Oscar winner, I recommend it. As it is does a good job of keeping you interested and trying to figure out who the villain is. It deserves a chance.

    Wonderful movie

For a TV movie, "Lying Eyes" had everything you can ask for. Cassidy Rae was wonderful to look at, as was Vincent Irizary. The story of a older attorny and highschool girl who have a affair which leads to the young girl being stalked by the older mans "wife". The ending is wonderful and suprising. Sure I've seen better acting, and better writing, but it was a wonderful plot and a good use of two hours. I'd definately recommend it again. The suspense was wonderful. "Lying Eyes" is one for the books.

    Watch Out For Your Daughters

This film held my interest from beginning to end and it kept me spellbound as to just how the ending would turn out and I was quite surprised at the out come. Cassidy Roe, (Amy Miller),"Evolver",'95, was very beautiful and sexy as a young senior in high school who lived with her mom, who sold homes non-stop and did not really pay much attention to her daughter. Her mom trusted her completely, however, Amy ran into a very charming man who was captivated by her wonderful body and youth. This guy was Vincent Irizarry,(Derek Bradshaw),"Marie",'85, who did everything in the world for Amy and made every day Christmas Time. There is plenty of romance and lots of gals chatting among each other in an effort to solve each others problems. If you want to view a very interesting film, try to catch this film on TV.

    Unbelievably written

I have rarely seen a movie so poorly written with cliched plot lines, illogical interactions, and ridiculous outcomes. Why did I watch, like others have said, Cassidy Rae was outstanding and she got better looking as the movie went on. The mothers weren't too bad either nor was the final villain. How often do you get a chance to watch some really good looking women, and one beauty I'd never heard of, without having to take the story seriously or even follow it? Tell me again why the athletic team bus stops at a truck stop with a maze of tractor trailers? Tell me again why the police fill her in on the progress of the investigation by calling her on a pay phone in the locker room? How many high school locker rooms have a sauna for cheerleaders to get locked into? How many times in a row can a girl who is in fear of her life go out of her way to get into situations where she is all alone? But she looked GREAT doing it!

Derek Bradshaw: [his hands on Amy's face] You are so beautiful. So sexy!

      [kisses her]

Amy Miller: [thrilled] I am not.

Derek Bradshaw: Oh, you don't even know it; that makes you all the more!

[kisses her again and hugs her]

Derek Bradshaw: Agh, come here, come here, come here,

      [mumbles]

      Derek Bradshaw: come here.

[brings her down to sit near fireplace and kisses her again]

      Amy Miller: [realization] Oh, no.

Derek Bradshaw: [looks out window slightly disinterested] What?

Amy Miller: I have to be home by ten. My mom, you know. But this Saturday, I can stay over and I can say I'm at Dana's.

Derek Bradshaw: [caresses her head] I'm not free most weekends. Pro bono case. I don't think I can get away 'til next Tuesday.

Amy Miller: [laughs in happy disbelief] So I have to wait five whole days to see you again?

Derek Bradshaw: I'll be thinking of you the whole time.

      [kisses her]

      Derek Bradshaw: Which reminds me.

[dangles keys in front of her face]

Derek Bradshaw: So you know that I'm not bringing anybody else here. And feel free to bring your friends anytime you want, okay?

      [caresses her face]

Amy Miller: [smiles] You are so sweet, you know that?

Derek Bradshaw: [smiles; slightly nods] Yes, I do.

[chuckles a bit and proceeds to start making out with Amy while a shaky camera shot from the window indicates someone is watching]
