It feels like Joey Graziadei’s season of The Bachelor just started, but in reality, we’re already almost to the halfway point.
Season 28 started with 32 women vying for Joey’s attention, but he quickly chopped that down to 22 after the first episode.
While Joey has certainly been playing Mr. Nice Guy and hasn’t made any enemies on his season, he has sent plenty of women home each week.
There were two episodes this week, and we finally saw Sydney go home after weeks of drama between her and Maria.
In the rose ceremony in Malta, he sent two more women home – Edwina Dorbor and Allison Hollinger.
Then, in Spain, he sent Autumn Waggoner and Madina Alam home.
Joey and his 10 remaining women are headed to Canada
Episode 6 of The Bachelor is coming up next week and will take the cast to Canada as Joey continues to work out...

Somehow, in the midst of the “first quarter” of the year’s cinematic doldrums and discards a nice surprise “pops’ up to jolt you awake, or at the least engage your senses. And it’s even rarer that it’s from a relative newcomer or an artist that’s not yet “on the radar”. That changes now. Like many creatives, she’s far from an “overnight star”, as her IMDb lists more than a dozen or so acting credits. And then there are several listings of “behind the camera” work, in features and shorts on the big screen and small. Now, with this release she’s a true “triple threat” as she makes her feature directing debut while emoting in nearly every scene. Film fans, here to inject much-needed energy and a bit of snark into the “rom-com” is Leah McKendrick in Scrambled.

Throwback martial arts action film The Last Kumite heads to streaming in 2024, and here’s the trailer.
There is no question that the 1980s was a vintage time for action films, particularly in Hong Kong. There was a fruitful period in the mid 1980s when Hong Kong directors would hire American martial artists to go toe to toe with onscreen, both to broaden the international appeal and show a wide range of styles.
From Cynthia Rothrock going up against Sammo Hung in Shanghai Express to Richard Norton’s multiple bust ups with Jackie Chan in the likes of City Hunter and Mr Nice Guy, these performers went on to headline a series of low budget American action films that have since gained a cult following, perhaps most notably the China O’Brien series and the numerous No Retreat, No Surrender sequels

Right now, the name Chris Rock is synonymous with one thing: The Slap at the March 27 Oscars. However, Rock’s career is a lot more varied than that one incident, though there are several clues in his work leading up to that moment.
May 20 marks the 35th anniversary of his movie debut as a parking valet in the 1987 “Beverly Hills Cop 2.”
Variety’s review described it as “noisy, numbing, unimaginative” and didn’t mention Rock. A year later, however, he got a shout-out in the Dec. 9, 1988, review of “I’m Gonna Git You Sucka,” with Variety enthusing, “Chris Rock turns a walk-on into a standout” as a customer in a rib joint.
Rock’s first big break came in 1984, when he booked a splashy standup gig in 1984 at Catch a Rising Star in New York. Eddie Murphy saw and mentored him, Rock continued to work, and soon he made his...

"Do you feel that...?" "I do." "So what do you think that is?" MGM Studios has revealed an official trailer for the indie ensemble drama Summer Days, Summer Nights, the latest film made by actor / filmmaker Edward Burns. This originally premiered way back in 2018 but is only now finally getting a release direct-to-vod this year. Best way to get over a broken heart? Fall in love again... It's the summer of 1982 on Long Island. JJ is working for his dad, when he falls for Debbie. Frankie reconnects with a long lost love. But as temperatures cool, so do their relationships, leaving the young men to accept summer is ending. Edward Burns is joined by a breakout cast including Anthony Ramos, Pico Alexander, Zoe Levin, Lindsey Morgan, Jon Rudnitsky, Amadeus Serafini, Caitlin Stasey, and Rita Volk. This looks like a charming throwback look at love in the 80s and summer romance.

Hugh Grant makes for a "pretty good" narcissist, if he does say so himself. The actor, known to so many fans for his endearing roles in some of our favorite rom-coms like Love Actually and Notting Hill, has recently ventured into playing darker characters or "unpleasant narcissists," as he puts it. Why? Well, it's a wee bit more fun. "It's alarming how many pretty unpleasant narcissists I've played or been offered in the last six or seven years," Grant told NPR on Tuesday, Dec. 1. "It's certainly been a blessed relief after having to be Mr. Nice Guy for so many years—which is a thankless task for any actor." Though...

Happy Wednesday "Bold And The Beautiful" fans. So, today's December 13,2017 episode for the most part was pretty dull. We just saw more of Bill and Steffy lying to Liam over and over again. Then overly expressed their love for him out of a sense of extreme guilt. We also got more of those annoying Bill and Steffy affair flashback scenes. Fortunately for us all, tomorrow's Thursday, December 14,2017 episode seems like it'll have a little more interesting plotlines going on. For at least some of the episode, they will shift us back to the Thorne-out-to-get-Ridge storyline. On a bit of a down note, we're going to see more of this Steffy and Liam bliss that's built on a lie. They will end up making love again at the cliff house. CBS's official description tells us, "Steffy and Liam delight in their reunion and savor every moment together as they make love at the cliff house.

What’s the pothole situation in Starling City? And the re-zoning hassle – that still a headache? And the business with the access lanes to the bridge – was that ever settled?
Since Oliver Queen’s been elected mayor, it’s reasonable to think that this kind of mayoral busyness is the better part of his days. At night, of course, he puts on a mask and hood and grabs his bow and arrows and kicks (or maybe punctures) miscreant ass. Oh, and his also training a bunch of wannabe vigilantes to help with the kicking/puncturing – and not always being Mr. Nice Guy while he’s doing it. (Maybe he’s got some marine drill sergeant DNA?)
The question is, who is better for Starling City, the politician or the archer? If you’ve been paying attention to the news, you’d probably choose the archer because obviously anybody would be better than a politician.

President Kirkman had to make some tough decisions on Designated Survivor Season 1 Episode 4 as he faced a resurgence of the problems in Michigan and an increased pressure to start war.
Tom may be "thoughtful and reasonable," but he's also become quite resolute. He's learning very quickly how to play the Washington game, and as he does so, he's becoming much more confident as Potus.
I think we can safely say that Tom Kirkman is no longer Mr. Nice Guy. That was a quick turnaround, wasn't it? I guess when you're running on only three hours of sleep and people are coming at you from all sides, you better do or die.
The nightmare of Michigan and Governor Royce reared its ugly head again after Royce saw the Vargas interview and learned that Kirkman was essentially fired from his job as Hud Secretary. It was just the kind of excuse he...

It's been nothing but tough for Tom Kirkman. He's getting pressure from all sides and his Mr. Nice Guy act might have to take a back seat. We know Kirkman has the backbone to make the tough decisions, but is he really ready to go full-fledged hard ass?
So what's going to happen next?
He has to make a decision regarding war now that the enemy has been identified, but it doesn't seem Kirkman is convinced. Hannah is still investigating what happened inside the Capitol with MacLeish, but there might not be any more time for her to get to the truth. Kirkman has to make a decision, and he has to make it now.
It also appears there are domestic issues at hand for Kirkman to deal with including his wife talking with Congressman Hookstraten. Why would Alex feel it's okay to talk with that evil woman? It's obvious...

Tom Kirkman gets no respect, dammit!
As hard as he tries, people are still looking through him rather than at him. That is, until he puts his foot down and lets them know who's boss.
On Designated Survivor Season 1 Episode 2, not only did Tom have to deal with the continuing situation of the Capitol bombing, but he also had to deal with a crisis in Michigan that really tested his limits.
Tom needs to channel his inner Jack Bauer more often. He can still be the soft-spoken, kind-hearted guy that he is, but as President he's going to need to pull out a little more of that gumption he's got hidden away. He has to see how effective he is when he doesn't play Mr. Nice Guy, right?
And with all the trouble brewing around him, Mr. Nice Guy is not going to cut it. There are some people who...

Matt Damon has a new feature in the August issue of GQ Magazine, but this isn't your average celebrity interview. Instead of asking Matt - who's doing press for the new Jason Bourne movie - to share his thoughts on a bunch of questions, the publication reached out for comments from Matt's nearest and dearest Hollywood friends. The result is scores of hilarious tidbits from Scarlett Johansson, Ben Affleck, George Clooney, and more. Tina Fey, on his friendship with Ben Affleck: "People would be like, '[Matt and Ben Affleck] are so cute!' And I'd be like, 'They're J.Crew sweaters. When you see all the colors next to each other, they look cute, but when you get one home, you're like, "Damn, I just got an orange sweater."' But now that is withdrawn. In person, Matt holds up." He’s one of the most-universally-loved guys in Tinseltown, and it turns out Matt Damon is also popular among his A-list peers.

Steven Soderbergh states, “You could walk around town with a checkbook offering to pay people a million dollars to say something bad about Matt [Damon], feeling secure you’d never have to write a check.”

Matt Damon may be a leading movie star, but his friends will surely never let his fame go to his head... The actor strikes a suave pose in a suit on the cover of GQ magazine's August 2016 issue, released Monday, looking every bit the super spy. He reprises his role as assassin and former government secret agent Jason Bourne in Jason Bourne, the fifth film in the hit movie thriller series and the fourth starring the actor. Several of Damon's co-stars, including longtime friend Ben Affleck, talked to GQ about the actor...which of course led to some good-natured teasing. "The quality that has allowed Matt to maintain the illusion that he is Mr. Nice Guy...

Not long into playing Fallout 4, you’ll become acquainted with the feeling of struggling for survival in the mazey bombed-out ruins of Boston, and find yourself creeping amidst ramshackle raider outposts, hollowed-out buildings doubling as super mutant camps, and mutated dogs ravenous for your flesh.
As you meander through the hostile husk of Boston, you find some stairs down a side-street that lead you out of the hostile streets onto the roof of a tall building, which opens out onto a spectacular panoramic view. The sun’s setting, the ruined – yet still vertically impressive – city sprawls before your eyes, and an incredible sense of danger and adventure sweeps over you as you take a deep breath of satisfaction (then begin spluttering and gasping from the noxious, irradiated air in your lungs).

One of the biggest secrets in comic book history if about to be explained.
Thanks to Gotham – a show which started unevenly and grew in confidence and popularity towards the end of its first season – we’re about to find out how the Joker became the Joker.
Having explosively introduced Jerome as the new big villain in town – and leader of the suspiciously Joker-ish sounding gang The Maniax – by having him lead a group of Arkham Asylum escapees into Gcpd and massacring almost everyone inside. On camera.
If that sort of behaviour and the sickening grin weren’t enough evidence that he’s on the firm path that ends with that famous purple suit, Gotham’s showrunner Bruno Heller has explicitly confirmed to Nerdist that’s where the show is headed:

For a show about precognition, Minority Report has an impressive number of flashbacks and the second episode, "Mr. Nice Guy," begins with one. We see the three precogs back when they were still under government control. Their handler, Wally (Daniel London), is explaining to some government suit that each of the three has a distinctive personality and gift. Agatha (Laura Regan) becomes the person she predicts. As he explains, "It's like she leaves herself. Her brother's mind is an antenna, pulling in names, facts, information. And Dash can see the murders but doesn't have the information or ability to stop them." And so ends the part of the script writers refer to as "repeating the backstory for new viewers."...

Warning: Spoilers ahead from "The Walking Dead" Season 6 and the comic book.
This should cheer you up: Four months from now, we'll be watching (and probably loving) "The Walking Dead" Season 6 on AMC. Fans will get a preview of the new season when the first mega-trailer is released, as usual, at Comic-Con next month. That'll only be the awesomest thing to happen all summer. In the meantime, new character intel has been coming out in dribs and drabs -- not like the steady flow of intel on the companion show, "Fear the Walking Dead," which starts in August. We still have to wait for October for Rick Grimes to have a convo with Morgan Jones, but TVLine just shared some interesting new details on two arriving characters:
