I watched it quite a few times as a younger man, and I was hardly interested in the story, only in the nudity throughout, but having grown up I had to watch and see whether the whole film measured up, directed by Robert Kubilos (Forbidden). Basically young and innocent Allyson Roper (introducing Jennifer (Leigh) Hammon) is an aspiring actress and is leaving her boyfriend Peter (Sean Thibodeau) to attend acting classes in Los Angeles. She rents an apartment building room run by grumpy Mr. Merry (Jack DeLeon/Christopher Weeks) and next door to resident working girl Bridget (Caroline Ambrose), and for a while she struggles in her acting school lessons with arrogant teacher Eric Constantine (James Horan). One night she overhears Bridget with a man, and she peeks through the keyhole to see her providing services, as a prostitute, and Allyson cannot help but play with herself and masturbate watching her, and meanwhile in class she meets professional photographer Jerry (David Andriole). He offers to help her build a portfolio with a photo shoot, but rehearsing with her in the apartment he gets carried away and attempts to rape her, but Bridget rescues her, and when Eric finds out he throws him out of the class. Eric manages to find her a part as a prostitute in a part, and knowing her business she asks Bridget advice on how to play the part, her neighbour is happy to assist her. Bridget slowly reveals to Allyson that she has high affection for her, and they kiss and undress, to the point where they make love and give pleasure to each other, but then the young wannabe actress mentions that she had been watching through the keyhole which upsets her. In the end the dark aspect kicks in when Bridget goes missing, she has been killed and her body has been dumped, and Allyson has to escape the killer getting her, I can't remember or be bothered to find out if it was Jerry or Mr. Merry, maybe both. Also starring Barbara Morrison as Blues Singer. The acting is very cheesy, the story is minimal, and the nudity amount was high enough to notice, the best scene of the film is of course the lesbian love making, but apart from that it is a dull and boring erotic thriller. Adequate!
