A 1960s secret agent is brought out of cryofreeze to oppose his greatest enemy in the 1990s, where his social attitudes are glaringly out of place.
The Quartermaster Clerk (famed for his "one Swedish-made penis enlarger" dialogue) is played by Neil Mullarkey, a member of the Comedy Store Players in Britain, and one time comedy partner of Mike Myers. They toured as "Mullarky and Myers" in the 1980s.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my underground lair. I have gathered here before me the world's deadliest assassins, and yet each of you has failed to kill Austin Powers. That makes me angry. And when Dr. Evil gets angry, Mr. Bigglesworth gets ...
When Austin jumps on his bed on his plane, he throws off all the pillows but one white one, which disappears in the next shot.
The final credits include scenes of a photo shoot with Austin Powers, as well as a music video of the song 'BBC' by Ming Tea.
Non-USA versions include two "dead henchmen" scenes and two additional scenes featuring Christian Slater as a security guard who's hypnotized by Austin Powers and ordered to go buy him some orange sherbet. He then makes one very brief appearance at the end during the collapse of Dr Evil's hideout.
