To say i enjoyed this movie would be an understatement. A unique blend of fantasy and brutal honesty, make this film a true delight. A child's search to learn more about his dead father leads to a journey of discovery that reveals more than he expected and in turn changes his perception of himself, his family and the world. This film makes one realize what is truly important in our lives. A rare find indeed!

Forever Damned20 June 2002It pulls on all the heartstrings and works very well.
The movie does get slightly confused at times and leaves some loose ends but it's otherwise a fine piece of work.

All the actors unerringly aimed and fired their individual salvos and hit the mark. What got me was when I thought it was done, another salvo was fired to hit me once again in the heart. It truly finished me off. Bravo!!!
