Henri Pachard gives wraparound host spiel for this mock undercover tv series, not a serious effort in his canon, but sexually adequate.
The series is titled "The X-Rated Files", with this feature-long segment dealing with insurance fraud illustrated in a series of vignettes. Anal sex is included, but the principal nurse Holly Body does not deliver any.
Opening scene has a sexy shower followed by Jake Steed as a paraplegic (!) leaving his wheelchair but staying in character for a generally passive threesome, serviced by two slim nurses.
Role-playing with prostitutes as nurses takes up the rest of the show including Patricia Kennedy as a redheaded wife treated to Sapphic sex with hired nurse/prostitute while hubby Tony Load watches; he gets to hump the nurse to close the show.
