Ove Verner Hansen first appearance in a Norwegian Olsenbanden movie, reprising his role from the Danish series.

When Egon visits the traveling agency to get info on when Benny, Kjell and Valborg came home from Spain, he gives the name 'Benny Hansen', even though Bennys last name through-out the series has always been 'Benny Fransen.'
