Another clunker from director Jack Genero, made for major porn distributor Cal Vista during the VHS days and resurrected randomly on DVD by VCX (earning a ridiculous "best classic release" nomination yet).
Bunny Bleu and Barbie Blake are blonde babes (a whole lot of Bs) working for the title phone sex operation out of a home owned by Ray Wells. They prefer to have real sex and the show's wisp of a plot has Ray ultimately taking note of that fact and planning to turn the place into a brothel instead.
This is a very crummy cast, with only Bleu qualifying as name talent in an era when big names, both female and male were present in so many of the video store New Releases week after week. Why anyone would bother with this one remains a mystery.
