Mirka Peta, a brilliant law student, tries to make ends meet working as a secretary. Juggling studies and career, before long, Mirka catches the eye of her respectable boss, Marios Vatras, who falls for the honest but impecunious girl. As one thing leads to another, Mirka decides to accept wealthy Marios' proposal, who devises a devious plan to determine whether his future-wife-to-be wants him or his money.
