  • This film is unlike any other porn film, it has a story line to it and is quite a good idea. There is no full on hardcore action, more a romantic quest for a business lady to find some action in her life, for her to "lighten" up. The ending is quite humorous. It is worth a watch.
  • Not among Ashlyn Gere's better films, "Imagine" casts her as an odd variety of a Walter Mitty character: at work she uncontrollably has erotic fantasies about nearly every person she meets.

She runs a modeling agency where her husband played by Randy West suggests she be less straitlaced and use her imagination. Suddenly her imagination begins to run wild, erotically.

Fortunately, director Michael Craig has a very fine femme supporting cast to enact the XXX sex scenes, alongside Gere who also partipates as part of her own fantasies. In particular, Raven is scrumptious humping T.T. Boy, when in fact they are merely in Gere's office as caterers, and Erica Boyer with Missy Warner have a hot lesbian scene while everyone around them calmly go about their work, oblivious to the erotic fantasy that only Gere can see.

Obvious problem with this format is that it is exceedingly repetitious, one fantasy after another, leading finally to Gere removing her severe suit, letting down her hair and ending the movie ready to have some hot sex with husband Randy.

A very cute running gag (benefiting from repetition) has model Dusty trying to get chosen as a model by boss Gere, but summarily rejected each time, no matter how sexy an outfit she appears in.

As for Gere, she is sexy in the fantasies but must spend most of the running time merely staring into space, to represent a person lost in her fantasies.
