Dragon Ball Z: Tree of MightGoofs

    • 4 entries
    • 0 spoilers

    Continuity

Gohan doesn't detransform when Turles destroys the Power Ball. This contradicts every other Great Ape transformation in the entire series, in which if the moonlight source is eliminated, detransformation happens instantly.

    Plot holes

Tien, Chiaotzu, Piccolo, and Yamcha are all alive, but they were killed in the fight with the Saiyans.
Turles apparently knows the Power Ball technique, which is only supposed to be known by Saiyan elites - not low-class Saiyans like Turles.
Gohan gets Hire Dragon (aka Icarus) in this movie, which could never have taken place. Yet Icarus actually shows up later on in the series.
