Traci Lords' porn career has become mythical and unfortunately apocryphal.

The comments in the 'review' by another user is full of possibly intentional errors and do not reflect Traci Lords' porn career and I just had the urge to deliberate.

Traci Lords was a major hit of the American porn scene almost from her first title, which made her perform with the most prominent actors of the genre such as Harry Reems, John Holmes, Hershel Savage, and Jamie Gillis, particularly in her early career. Naturally, they had notable age gap with Traci but such match-up was not purposeful. It is a simple rule of thumb that experience is the most precious asset of a male porn actor and porn directors of 'Class A' productions have recruited and still recruit actors well past their thirties. Traci's time, the so-called Golden Age was no exception.

As for the alleged ethnic 'preferences' of Traci Lords, again she was a 'Class A' porn actress and the American porn industry of the Golden Age was considerably sensitive on the racial divide. Many aspiring porn actresses dodged performing with black actors on the sole reason that such move could have them assigned to the less prestigious niche productions including interracial films. For example, Chanel Price was much older and although of particularly attractive physical traits, did not possess the qualities for prominence. Accordingly, she rather became the 'Queen of Spades'. Therefore, Traci did not have sex with any black actor (at least on camera) other than Billy Dee who was usually not considered black by many viewers and thus could not 'stain' a starlet's career. Quite racist, eh? Furthermore, regarding the statement that she had sex with Japanese actors, I assume that this refers to the film Traci Takes Tokyo. Sorry to disappoint you but Traci did not have sex with any Japanese actors in that film; they were all body-doubled by Puerto Rican porn actor Don Fernando.

Traci' Fantasies Could Also be the Viewer's Fantasies of Her

Traci's Fantasies was a film done by Suze Randall and her hubby Humphrey Knipe. It is supposed to be a pseudo interview of Traci by Kay Parker to extract Traci's thoughts about the porn industry and her many lovers. In each sequence Traci speaks of a scene where she gets to experience her dream sexual experiences with favorite performers of the era. It's hard to tell which scenes are original to the movie and which were inserted into the movie from other videos Traci did.

Regardless though the film does feature several hot scenes. Four I'd like to point out. Her scene with John Leslie where she plays a damsel in a castle and he a Knight coming to see her in the castle is a hot scene. Leslie was a favorite of so many women in porn. In fact Parker herself admiringly speaks of Leslie. The scene is well lit and both actors perform flawlessly and with great chemistry. For Traci this is a bit unusual in that she isn't a brat as she often was. She isn't trying to dominate her lover as she often tried (and succeeded in) doing. She really gets into the sex and the lovemaking in a more tender manner. Like I said unusual for her. Low keyed on the histrionic noises which again, unusual for her. A nice departure from her normal manner.

Scene 2 on my list is that of another tender love scene. This time a girl-girl scene with Taija Rae. Taija Rae was, like Traci, a bosomy blond. Taija was a bit shorter and in her earlier porn stages chunky somewhat. But as she lost weight Taija became quite the babe. Here they partake in a scene whereby they are dressed as brides who begin kissing and then disrobe one another. They perform oral on one another and then lick each other's breasts. And they embrace tenderly and again I mention this is somewhat differing from Traci's normal angry and bratty manner.

Scene 3 is one with Billy Dee. Here Traci reverts to form. She plays a model being photographed by Dee. At some point Traci teases the situation by asking Dee if he wants to screw her. He plays a little startled but says yes. He begins to move toward her and here Traci goes back into usual character. She plays and teases him. She tells him how she wants him to undress her. She orders him to untie her boots with his teeth and remove them. She has him pull her pants down revealing her naked pussy and backside. She then tells him to pull down her top. While slowly removing her top Dee pauses and says "I've been waiting for this" and upon seeing Traci's large, firm breasts he says "Oh my god"! Their sex scene has an exchange of dominating playful teasing in it with Traci and Dee alternately "attacking" one another. Good and hot scene.

Scene 4 This scene may have been taken from another video or perhaps that other video took this scene from this video. Either way it is a very hot scene. Herschel Savage plays a gardener who happens upon two girls in the yard having sex. He peers through the fence and then happens to bump into a garbage can which alerts the girls that they have company. Traci asks the gardener in to the yard and tells her friend that somebody has to service her while her husband is out of town. Traci then blows Herschel while her friend sits on a bench and plays with herself. Herschel tells the friend he's a good gardener. Traci tells her he has a nice hose and he tells the friend...yeah, I make things grow.

After she blows Herschel he goes to the bench and sits down. Traci goes over and positions herself over Herschel and with her back to him lowers herself onto his excited member. Traci begins to go up and down on him and on a closeup Traci looks into the camera and tells Herschel "I love the way you f__k me" as she rides his dick. The camera again goes for a closeup of Traci riding his dick and then peers upward for a closeup of Traci's magnificent breasts. Then again a closeup of Traci and as she sees the camera she looks right at it and speaks to the camera as if the camera were another guy (the viewer). She then asks the "viewer" "Wouldn't you like to f__k me like he does"? It is the ultimate fantasy for Traci and for the viewer and makes this scene about as hot as it can be. Herschel goes doggy on Traci and then screws her friend until the scene ends.

These four scenes stood out and made this movie a good venue for any Traci fan.

John Leslie does best as a royal knight from the middle ages.t Second, Hershel Savage as a gardener on a porch swing where Traci and her girlfriend really make the cushion rattle a lot. She then does a girl dressed up as her twin (Taija Rae), has a hot night in a hotel bed with Tom Byron, then does Leslie twice, she liked him so much. Last she meets horny photographer Billy Dee for one hot photo shoot. It's a must see. I think. Surprisingly polite and tasteful.

I am searching for the movie title, where Traci Lords has a scene with Billy Dee and Christy Canyon, she is wearing in the final scene a pink silk gown. This is THE hottest scene I remember about Traci Lords.

Let me know the title if anybody remembers, in German it was "Lovely Young Traci II", by RIBU.

I personally don't believe that she was underage in that scene and in most of the other scene because she was appearing and performing in a very mature way. However she was the first who started the interracial sex craze, with blowing black (dark) guys like Starbuck, Billy Dee, Hershel Savage, Rick Savage and Japanese actors. She was the one who performed on intent with unattractive actors like Harry Reems (age difference more than 20 years) and Rick Savage (unattarctive old man).
